POLICIES
- We accept reservations 72 hours in advance, and with the payment of 50% of the total prefectural, we accept exchanges and cancellations up to 24 hours before.
- The minimum time of booking of rooms is 3 hours.
- The capacity of each room is to be respected, in the event that the organizer convene a number that exceeds the capacity set will be a reason to not provide the service in the future.
- You should not enter food and drinks from the outside in case you require service of a coffee break, or other should be contracted with the hotel.
- Do not allow noises exaggerated whether these are caused by people or by the amplification equipment of the hotel, the doors must remain closed at all times.
- Any damage to our facilities will be billed to customer, for this you will be given the room at the start by one of our collaborators and will be received at the end of the event.
